Reaching the Kalahari Game Lodge

BORDER POSTS

For visitors travelling from South Africa, the Kalahari Game Lodge is accessible from four border posts – Noordoewer/Vioolsdrift, Rietfontein/Klein Menassa, Nakop/Ariamsvlei and Mata-Mata at the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, a mere 18 km from the lodge. Please familiarise yourself with all Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park rules and regulations should the park be accessed as no cross-border drive through is allowed without a required minimum 2-night stay inside the park – www.sanparks.org  

ROADS

Most of the roads in Namibia are well-maintained gravel roads. In the summer months, excessive rains might result in some exciting driving experiences. We recommend the use of 4×4 vehicles for travelling on gravel roads. Feel free to contact us for updates on road conditions and general enquiries.
